It seems that Clint Eastwood has managed to divide America – with his slightly off-the-wall speech at the Republican Convention – where he came out in support of Mitt Romney. But his talk really did get plenty of headlines – most suggesting he had lost the plot entirely!
If you haven’t seen it, it’s worth 10 minutes of your time. See what you think. I think it’s quite funny. Sure, it’s a little whacky, but at least it spiced politics up – even if it was just for a few minutes. I love the risqué comments when he suggests he can’t pass on the messages from Obama to Romney. The timing is great!
As for Mitt Romney – has anyone else noticed that his slogan would have been much more memorable as an anagram of his name…
